2. Booking & Payments
All fees must be paid at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as Stripe).
Prices and availability of services may change without notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.
No-shows may forfeit the session without refund.
4. Refund Policy

If a session cannot be delivered due to our scheduling or technical issues, clients may choose a full refund or rescheduled appointment.

We will review your concerns and respond within 48 business hours.
2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds or Credits
Because consultation sessions require time and preparation, refunds are limited. The following guidelines apply:
Eligible for Consideration:
A technical issue prevented the session from taking place
The consultant was unable to attend or had to cancel unexpectedly
The session was significantly shorter than the time booked (e.g., ended early due to technical issues)
In these cases, we may offer:
A partial or full refund, or
A complimentary rescheduled session
Not Eligible for Refunds:
Dissatisfaction with personal outcomes, decisions, or results after the consultation
Missed appointments or no-shows
Cancellations made within the 48-hour cancellation window
Failure to attend due to scheduling mistakes on the client’s end
However, we may offer a discounted reschedule at our discretion.
3. Formal Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is filed with your bank without first contacting us:
We will submit documentation to verify that the service was delivered or made available
Resolution of the dispute will follow the policies of the payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and your financial institution
